As a signed professional surfer strait out of high school, Adam found the discipline through his training to be very effective in his advancement as a pro surfer. It was then that Adam had found his new passion in the science of functional fitness training. Adams trainer at the time, Paul Hiniker helped him advance his athletic ability through the way of the C.H.E.K. Institute. The CHEK philosophy focuses on the importance of a balanced body, proper posture and that having a solid functioning core is crucial to prevent injuries and to maximize performance. Adam is not only a Professional surfer, he is a ambassador for many of his sponsors and also the A WALK ON WATER nonprofit organization. Adam uses his worldly knowledge he has gained from traveling the world competing on the ASP's World Qualifying Series and countless surf media photo trips to bring a positive well rounded energy to his life and the world around him.
